Ecomine Estates LLP started because the two of us kept hearing the same complaint from buyers. Not that property was expensive, but that nobody would give them a straight answer about what they were actually buying.
So we built the practice around the opposite habit. We walk every site ourselves. We read the title documents before we list anything. We quote one price and keep it. And when a property is not right for a buyer, we say so, even when it costs us the sale.
Today we work across apartments, villas, residential plots and commercial space in Bengaluru, with a particular depth in the northern corridor. Our clients are families buying their first home, professionals building a portfolio, and NRI buyers who need someone on the ground they can actually rely on.

Kailash leads property sourcing and legal diligence. He has spent his career in the Bengaluru market working through conversion, khata and title matters, and he is the reason a property either makes it onto our list or quietly does not.

We shortlist two or three properties that genuinely fit, walk you through the documents, and tell you the weaknesses as plainly as the strengths.
We handle negotiation, paperwork, bank coordination and registration, and we stay reachable afterwards for khata, tax and resale questions.
